How can recycled bottles make outfits and other materials?

Did you know that all the plastic bottles that you throw away in the recycling bin it can be made into clothing or household items. The process is kind of complex and some of the parts are dangerous but it's a cool and smart journey.

`Firstly the plastic bottles has to get sorted because sometimes people  often leave a small amount of their drink inside the bottle. After that they get the bottles so is can be shredded because it can affect the quality of the bottles.  Next the bottles have to be wrapped up in cellophane and ready to be shipped all over the world to china.

When they arrive in China they have to be sorted so the coloured ones are not with the transparent bottles, because the clear plastic can be made into white clothes and it also can be dyed, then they have to be shredded again because there are other stickers left on the bottle but the stickers have got to go, and the coloured caps are made of a different kind of plastic. Then the bottle have a soda bath to go in, but the workers have to be careful because it very bad for the skin but very good for removing labels.

After all they ‘re bath then they will all left is a pile of clear  plastic shreds, but they are still wet,the next step is the ovens where it’s mixed with some light coloured plastic to manufacture white cloth, you need some light shaded material in the mix the plastic will spend about 10 hours into the rotating drums so it can slowly drying out,the workers have to move their car  back and forth underneath the drum to catch the plastic as it falls out.

So we’ve  got our plastic bottles broken down and mix to produce the right colours but it very hard to wave cloth from bits and pieces so another step is needed the mixture  is sent through to the rotating screw where it is heated to 270 degrees Celsius and melts the plastic but to make cloth they or we don’t want a big lump you need thread  the liquid plastic is fall through  a save and emerges on the other side their is a great long strings which are collected in the container below,so now got thread but it isn’t strong enough to make cloth yet so first it must be combined and stretch several times while being heated and that we board the fibers together now it’s taken ages to produce this material.

The next part of the produce to tear it  apart again the fluff that emerges as the raw substance you need to make polyester however that takes place in another factory altogether so the worked have to bring it up and sent it on,on the other machine it looks like cotton wool but it’s a man made substance created from our old bottles, that machine scrapes is all into a very rough cloth which is loaded ready to be carded and that can carding where the bonded five as brush together so they all lie in a similar direction.

Which strengthens the material the sheet of polyester felt emerges and now the are all ready to be turned into thread, and there a machine that will tease it out they spin off mile after mile of pure polyester which is collected on these bobbins and finally we reached the point where round plastic bottles and it will become cloth like spider at the center of its web the Loon draw in thousands of threads and weaves a new sheet of polyester it to give it a smooth the field.

This is what catches it and then it is put on another machine and it makes it softer. So, you probably know what happens now, If you don’t know, It goes too a different factory, That is where your plastic bottles are made into your very own high-end clothing are made. Well now you know the process of turning your plastic bottles into your household items and clothes.
